About kung fu : kung fu ( also known as Wushu ) is one of the typical demonstrations of traditional Chinese culture. It is a sport, which uses both brawn and brain.
It is based on the classical Chinese philosophy. The skills of Kung fu consist of various forms of fighting, fist fighs, weapon fights and other fighting techniques (both offensive and defensive techniques such as punching, kicking, hitting, throwing, holding, grappling and thrusting ) and unarmed combats. |
